Services:
The Services of the Implementer are to, in close collaboration with GASREG, or Component 3.2 of the Project, establish a complete Informational Technology solution. The objective is to launch a platform which will serve as an interface and database host between GASREG and the Egyptian gas market actors. Through this tool, the gas licensees would be able to follow commercial procedures, project worflows, obtain permist and authorizations, etc…
The scope of work will consist in the design, development and implementation of an integrated Process Automation, Document Handling System, the procurement of Licenses and hardware, and ad hoc support (coordination, supervision, technical assistance) in the initiation phase of operationalization of the software. The estimated input of Key Experts’ time-input is 20 person-months. (This is Only an indicative figure)
