The contract will be offered on a Engineer Procure Construct/Turnkey (EPC) basis for the development of three off-grid, hybrid solar mini grids, of approximately 3.7 MWp, 2 MWp and 8 MWp comprised of six lots, one generation and one distribution network for each site. There are no restrictions or preference on the number of lots that may be bid on. Construction of the various lots is not expected to occur simultaneously. The procurement process will use a Standard Procurement Document (SPD) Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Works (Engineer Procure Construct/Turnkey (EPC), under international competitive procurement, without Initial Selection, for a Two stage Request for Proposals (RFP) selection method. The SPD incorporates provisions to reflect Environmental and Social obligations.
