Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance:1.The manufacturer of the bidder must have the ability to produce the vacuum dry pump for this bidding.The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer should be able to provide effective after-sales service for the vacuum dry pump for this bidding(provide the contact person and contact information of the unit that provides services to Yandong).2.The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall provide a list of supply performance for the past 3 years (May 1,2023 to present).If the domestic semiconductor 300mm fab shipment volume is greater than 200 units (same or similar vacuum dry pumps),relevant supporting documents such as contracts,orders,supply lists,supply details,or performance lists shall be provided (if only the performance list is provided,the bidder shall stamp or beauthorized to sign).3.The bidding product should be the bidder"s or its manufacturer"s own technical product.The bidding product may involve relevant patent content,and the bidder shall ensure that the tenderer is not held responsible for identifying and infringing on these patents.If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself,the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods in this bid.4.The target equipment must be brand new,please provide a "commitment letter".5.Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (with the bidder"s company seal affixed to the photocopy).6.Other qualification certification documents required in the bidding documents.
