3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*3.1 Qualifications to Be Possessed by Bidders
*1)Overseas bidders shall provide business registration certificates legally issued in their country (region) of operation.
*2)Domestic bidders shall provide the business license of a legal person enterprise.
*3)Bidders shall submit the configuration list of the tendered equipment.
*4)The bidder must be the manufacturer of the tendered products or an agent authorized by the manufacturer. If the goods provided under the contract are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall provide the official authorization letter from the manufacturer (see the format specified in Volume 1 of Bidding Documents for International Competitive Bidding of Mechanical and Electrical Products).Bids authorized by the general agent, regional agent or other agents of the manufacturer in China will not be accepted; bids authorized by representative offices, liaison offices and other institutions without independent legal personality will not be accepted. The original manufacturer"s authorization certificate shall be provided.
*5)Bidders shall provide the original bank credit certificate issued by their account-opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date, or the scanned copy of the original. If the credit certificate clearly indicates that copy is invalid, the original must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to verify the original document.If the bidder is an enterprise registered in mainland China, it shall additionally provide one of the following documents: the account opening permit issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal); original bank credit certificate reflecting basic account information; basic deposit account information (in bank format or with bank seal impression); bank seal specimen card (scanned copy with official seal); application for opening corporate bank settlement account (scanned copy with official seal); or other supporting documents.
*6)Bidders shall provide sales performance of the tendered products in the past 3 years (January 1, 2023 to the bid closing date), and the performance entity must be the bidder itself. The bidder shall provide a list of sales performance contracts and key pages of representative major contracts as supporting documents, including but not limited to the cover page, procurement content page and sealed signature page of the contract.
3.2 Joint Bidding: Not Accepted.
