1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:It is proposed to purchase **1 electric towbarless wheel cradle aircraft tractor** (including corresponding accessories) for this project, with a maximum traction mass of the equipment ≥ 35,000 kg. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the procurement, production, transportation to the site, unloading and handover to the designated location, installation and commissioning, construction coordination, personnel training, acceptance until turnkey delivery, as well as maintenance, upkeep and after-sales service during the warranty period of all the above equipment. For details, please refer to **Chapter 8 List of Goods Requirements and Technical Specifications** of the Tendering Documents.
Source of Funds:Funds have been fully implemented.
Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:The project has met all tendering conditions.Tender control price: RMB 5,890,000.00 (tax inclusive).

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidders shall meet the following qualifications or performance requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
(I) The bidder must be an independent legal entity and registered as a member on the Electronic Trading Platform for Mechanical and Electrical Products Tendering and Bidding (www.chinabidding.com) or EBNEW Network (https://www.ebnew.com);
(II) The bidder shall be the **manufacturer or sales agent** of the proposed aircraft tractor ( electric towbarless wheel cradle aircraft tractor).
Supporting documents:
- If the bidder is a manufacturer, a manufacturer"s statement shall be provided;
- If the bidder is a sales agent, a copy of the **exclusive authorization letter** issued by the vehicle manufacturer for this project (a manufacturer of the same brand may only authorize one bidder to participate in the bidding) with official seal shall be provided.
In case both the manufacturer and the agent/distributor of the same brand of equipment participate in the bidding, only the bid from the manufacturer shall be accepted.
(III) The proposed product shall be a product with **normal notification status** in the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Management System" of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). A screenshot of the special equipment notification of the proposed product in the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Information Management System" of CAAC shall be provided.
(IV) Consortium applications are not accepted for this project. Bidders who have not purchased the Tendering Documents may not participate in the bidding.
