(4)The bidder must have a supply performance record of acid regeneration equipment from January 1, 2021 to the bid submission deadline (based on the contract signing date), including mixed acid (HF/HNO3) recovery equipment for stainless steel production lines and equipment capable of online detection of mixed acid (HF/HNO3) concentration and metal ion concentration on pickling lines, with an acid regeneration processing capacity of ≥500L/h. The filter flow rate is ≥500L/h. The moisture content of the dry sludge discharged from the filter is ≤30%. The recovery rate of nitric acid is ≥90%. The recovery rate of hydrofluoric acid is ≥90%. The removal rate of dissolved metals is ≥70%. The online acid analyzer is equipped with data transmission function and acid mixing calculation function.
