3) If the bidder intends to bid for medical devices, they should provide the "People"s Republic of China Medical Device Registration Certificate" or "Class I Medical Device Filing Certificate" for the bidding goods. Bidders shall provide the "Medical Device Business License" or "Second Class Medical Device Business Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; The business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant license or filing content. (Applicable only to medical devices)
4) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualifications, and shall bear civil liability independently.
5) Domestic bidders have not been included in the list of dishonest executors, parties involved in major tax violations, or records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) or the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn).
6) Domestic bidders have no significant illegal records in their business activities within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities.
