3.1 Meet the requirements of "2. Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1, Instructions to Bidders, Volume 1 of the bidding documents;
3.2 Bidders shall possess independent legal person status (for domestic bidders) or business registration (for overseas bidders);
3.3 Agents participating in the bidding shall obtain the sole authorization from the equipment manufacturer for this project;
3.4 Performance requirements: The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable, with applications both domestically and internationally, and the total number of applications both domestically and internationally should not be less than 2 units. A list of users (including purchase contracts) should be provided;
3.5 The bidder shall have good bank credit and business reputation, and shall not be in a state of being ordered to suspend operations or bankruptcy, and its assets shall not be reorganized, taken over, or frozen. The bidder shall provide the original or copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where its basic account was opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening date;
3.6 Whether to accept consortium bidding: No;
3.7 Can I participate in the bidding if I haven’t received and purchased the bidding documents? Any legal person or other organization that hasn’t received and purchased the bidding documents from the bidding agency shall not participate in the bidding.
