3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、Bidders must be manufacturers of the five-axis gantry machining center for this project.
2、Performance Requirements: Bidders must have at least one project experience within the past 10 years that falls within the scope of this tender (similar projects refer to five-axis gantry CNC machining centers). To substantiate their qualifications, bidders must submit at least one contract agreement signed between January 1, 2016 and the tender deadline that aligns with the tender scope. The contract must specify the signing date, detailed technical specifications (including relevant technical agreements), and both parties official seals. Failure to comply will result in the submission being deemed invalid.
3、1)Bidders within the territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic account was opened within three months prior to the bid opening date; (If the bidder"s basic deposit account is opened at a sub-branch,the credit certificate may be issued by such sub-branch, its superior branch (business department) or the head office (business department).
