3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The Tenderer must complete the effective registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China to provide public services for the international tendering and bidding activities for mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products, website: www.chinabidding. com) before the deadline of bidding;
2) The Tenderer shall not obtain any major illegal record in business activities within three years before participating in procurement activities;
3) The Tenderer may be the manufacturer or agent of the bidding products. If the Tenderer is an agent, it shall provide the manufacturer"s authorization or the valid certificate of legal access to the products and after-sales service support;
4) The bidding model provided by the Tenderer shall be brand new products from the country of origin;
5) The Tenderer shall be in good financial condition, and it is required to provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the Tenderer"s bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date;
6)The domestic Tenderer is not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the list of dishonest enforcement persons, parties to major tax law cases, and record list of serious illegal and dishonest government procurement behaviors;
7) Consortium bidding is not accepted in this bidding.

After the entry, the user can log in to the platform, pay online (purchase the bidding documents), and download the electronic tender documents for free, which shall not be handled after the deadline. The bidding documents that come with no tender documents as required will be rejected.
Note: The Tenderer must ensure that the materials to be submitted and the information to be filled for obtaining the tender documents are authentic, complete, valid and consistent.
