The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant state licenses;
3) The bidding goods shall have the People"s Republic of China (PRC) Medical Device Registration Certificate or the First Class Medical Device Filing Certificate/Notice of the First Class Medical Device Filing Number (applicable to medical devices) within the validity period of the bidding deadline;
4) The bidder is a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment this time, or an agent authorized by the bidder;
5) The bidding model provided by the bidder shall have installed users in China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business activities within three years before participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder has no criminal record of bribery since its business activities;
8) The bidder is not included in the list of persons who have been executed for breach of trust on the website of Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases and the list of records of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in government procurement of China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
