(2)具有有效的营业执照或相关证件；
(3)具有承接本项目的人员、设备及其他条件；
(4)具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
(5)有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；
(6)供应商在近三年内无违法犯罪记录；        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years;
