The performance proof must include corresponding contract agreements or final user certificates as supporting documents, reflecting the contract signing date, contract content (technical agreements or other relevant contract documents may be attached), and signatures/seals of both parties. It must be verifiable that the equipment is a Gantry 5-axis machining center with X-axis travel ≥ 4000mm, Y-axis travel ≥ 2000mm, Z-axis travel ≥ 800mm, and spindle speed ≥ 20000rpm.
