3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations with legitimate business qualifications; 2) Bidders who are manufacturers of the bid goods shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; bidders who are sales enterprises shall provide the "Medical Device Operating Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second-Class Medical Device Operating Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of bidders shall be consistent with relevant national permits; 3) Bid goods shall possess a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate"; 4) Bidders shall be manufacturers specializing in producing the required equipment for this bid or authorized agents with valid authorization; 5) Bidders shall have no major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities; 6) Bidders shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as dishonest judgment debtors, major tax violation case parties, or serious illegal and dishonest behavior records on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
