Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or achievements that bidders should possess: The bidder must have the ability to manufacture and produce pre filled lamp inspection systems, or the bidder should obtain the consent of the goods manufacturer. They should provide the original formal authorization letter and after-sales service commitment letter from the manufacturer of the goods or for this project in this bid (manufacturers of the same brand can only authorize one agent to participate in the bid, and if the manufacturer participates in the bid, the agent will no longer be allowed to participate). Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical, and supply capabilities required to fulfill the contract.
Performance requirements: from January 1, 2023 to now, the bidder should have at least one good performance of the goods manufacturer in selling the pre filled light inspection system in Chinese Mainland; The bidder shall provide a performance list in the bidding documents, indicating the name of the direct user"s unit, mailing address, contact person"s name, and contact phone number, and attach a color scanned copy of the supply contract. Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
