Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations with legitimate business qualifications; 2) Bidders who are manufacturers of the bid goods shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; bidders who are sales enterprises shall provide the "Medical Device Operating Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second-Class Medical Device Operating Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of bidders shall be consistent with relevant national permits; 3) The bid goods shall possess the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" / "First-Class Medical Device Filing Number Notification Letter" that is valid until the bid deadline; 4) Bidders shall be manufacturers specializing in producing the equipment required for this bid or authorized agents with valid authorization; 5) The bid models provided by bidders shall have installed users in China; 6) Bidders shall have no major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities; 7) Bidders shall have no record of bribery crimes since commencing business operations; 8) Bidders shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as dishonest judgment debtors, major tax violation case parties, or serious illegal and dishonest behavior records on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
