2) Providing Class II and Class III medical device products produced in People"s Republic of China (PRC) must have a medical device production license, and Class I medical device products must have a medical device production record certificate;
3) Those who operate Class III medical devices must have a medical device business license, and those who operate Class II medical devices must have a medical device business registration certificate; (Medical device registrants or manufacturing enterprises do not need to provide medical devices for sale at their residence or production address)
4) If the imported goods invested by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder himself, the bidder shall obtain the formal authorization or distribution authorization from the manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid;
5) If the bidding product is a radiation device: if the bidder is not the manufacturer of the invested product, it shall provide the bidder"s effective radiation safety license and the manufacturer"s effective radiation safety license; If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested products, it shall provide a valid radiation safety license.
