3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)Domestic bidders shall provide a copy of the annually inspected business license (duplicate), a copy of the organizational code certificate (duplicate), copies of the national and local tax registration certificates, or a unified social credit code business license (copy). Foreign bidders shall provide the enterprise registration certificate;
(2)Bidders shall provide an original or a copy of bank credit certificate issued by whose deposit bank within three months before bid opening date;
(3)Bidder"s Qualification Statement, in the form of Section4, Volume 1;
(4)Manufacturer"s Qualification Statement, in the form of Section4, Volume 1;
(5)Contractual Experience requirements:The Bidder shall have a supply performance of 3 sets or more of the bid products. Specifically, the products of the bid brand shall have a sales performance of no less than 3 sets of 8-inch silicon wafer polishing line within the recent 8 years (since January 1, 2018, subject to the contract signing date); in addition, the sold models shall have a market experience of 5 years or more (on or before January 1, 2021, subject to the contract signing date), with the calculation based on the signing date of the first sales contract for the model.The performance referred to in this document shall mean the performance of the bid brand. Bidders shall provide the corresponding supply contracts or a performance summary sheet. If the performance contracts and other relevant documents cannot be provided due to confidentiality and other reasons, the bidder may submit valid written commitments or redacted copies of the contracts (with key customer information masked) as the supporting documents instead..
