3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1Bidders must be manufacturers (integrators) or authorized agents of the five-axis flip milling machine (five-axis horizontal machining center) they are bidding for. If the bidder is an agent, they must submit one of the following documents:
1)The manufacturer (integrator) directly issued authorization letter;
2)Authorization letter issued by the manufacturer"s (integrator"s) affiliated company (defined as the manufacturer"s controlling or controlled company, or any company within the same group as the manufacturer, with valid proof of affiliation required);
3)An authorization letter issued by the manufacturer"s authorized regional distributor (with valid proof of regional distributor status);
Otherwise, their bid will be rejected.
2、1) Bidders in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) should provide the following supporting documents:
① Business licenses, public sectors" legal person certificates or other legally-registered supporting materials;
2) Bidders outside the PRC (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) should provide the following supporting documents:
① Valid business licenses or other supporting documents;
3、Performance Requirements: Bidders or equipment manufacturers must have provided at least 3 similar projects (defined as: horizontal bed type, X-axis stroke ≥3800mm, Y-axis stroke ≥1500mm, Z-axis stroke ≥700mm, with positioning accuracy ≤0.01mm across all axes (or JIS precision ≤±0.005mm), and A/B/C axes ≤20" (or JIS ±10.0 seconds)/full stroke) to at least 2 different users within the past 5 years (from January 1, 2021 to present). Supporting documentation including contracts, technical agreements, installation reports, or acceptance reports (from any supplier) must demonstrate: (1) signing date, (2) key specifications confirming the horizontal bed type, X/Y/Z axis stroke requirements, and positioning accuracy, (3) capability data provided during bidding, and (4) both parties" signed and stamped pages. Documentation failing to meet these criteria will be deemed invalid.
4、1) For Bidders within China"s customs territory (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), bank creditworthiness certificates issued by the bank in which the basic account is opened within 3 months prior to the date of opening of bids shall be provided (if the bank in which the basic account is opened is a branch, the recognized issuing institution includes the branch and its sub-branch (business department) and the head office (business department) and the certificate that the branch is subordinate to the head office/sub-branch shall be provided; if the bank in which the basic account is opened is a sub-branch (business department), the recognized issuing institution includes the sub-branch (business department) and its head office (business department), and the certificate that the sub-branch is subordinate to the head office shall be provided);
