3) The goods to be tendered should have the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" within the validity period as of the tender closing date.
4) The bidder must be a professional manufacturer of the equipment required for this project or an effectively authorized agent;
5) The model provided by the bidder for the tender should have installation users within China.
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business operations within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities.
7) The bidder has not been included in the list of dishonesty executors on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of major tax violation cases, or the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in government procurement on the China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
