3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:/Package 01: The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer must have relevant work experience in PLC control systems for automated production lines in domestic and foreign vehicle enterprises with a total contract amount of RMB 1 million or more in the past 3 years (December 2022 to December 2025). Please provide a copy of the contract and a specific job description, stamped with an official seal or signed by an authorized person
10-2 Bidders or their manufacturers must have the organizational and other relevant equipment control capabilities to successfully execute the overall plan.
10-2-1 The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall have quality assurance for general products and self-produced/ordered products;
10-2-2 Bidders or their manufacturers must have their own trial operation capabilities, acceptance testing/measuring equipment, etc;
10-2-3 The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall have the ability to organize after-sales service operation management and reserve supply organization;
10-2-4 The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall possess the professional organizational ability of qualified personnel in mechanical, electrical, and quality management;
10-2-5 The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall have the ability to understand design and self manufacture in CAD/TCA;
10-2-6 Suppliers must have the ability to independently complete projects and submit detailed plans for product manufacturing and ordering during bidding;
10-2-7 The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall have a detailed organizational and operational plan related to the execution of the overall plan.
/Package 02: The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer must have work experience related to automated production line robots with a total contract amount of RMB 1 million or equivalent in foreign currency within the past 3 years (February 2023 to February 2026). Please provide a copy of the contract and specific job description, stamped with an official seal or signed by an authorized person
