(4) Pressure vessel shall be configured with built-in load sensor specifically developed for H2environment, with parameters at least as follows: measurement range 10okN, working temperature-20?C - +180?C, maximum pressure 2450bar, accuracy s +0.25% of full scale. #(5) Pressure measurement: Adopts dual display of pressure sensor and mechanical pressure gaugefor synchronized monitoring of internal pressure of high-pressure autoclave. Measurement error ofremote pressure sensor s 0.1% of full scale (FS); equipment shall be equipped with overpressurealarm and interlock protection functions, and must be configured with overpressure relief device, withrelief pipe outlet connected to safe discharge point. 4.3.3 High-pressure autoclave shall be provided with high-pressure gas inlet/outlet, vacuum circuit interface with shut-off valve, safety end cover and rupture disc with rated pressure of 600bar5%. | |
