Qualifications or Performance:3.1. The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization registered within the People"s Republic of China with the ability to independently bear civil lia, or a legal person or other organization from a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
3.2. Performance Requirements:
The bidder shall providst 3 project performance records for similar goods from January 1, 2021, to the bid closing date (based on the contract signing date). Performance records of manufacturers onts are both acceptable.
(The bid documents must include copies of contracts stamped with the bidder"s official seal. The contracts must reflect the contracting parties, signatures and seals, contract signing date, vice content, and other major terms; otherwise, they will not be recognized. Originals shall be kept on file for verification).
3.3. If the bidder is ent, it must provide proof of agency qualification for the bid goods (stamped with the manufacturer"s official seal) or the original manufacturer"s authorization letter.
3.4. A bid closing time, the bidder shall not be listed as a dishonest judgment debtor on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn). The bid documents must include pof materials from the website.
