3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Possess independent legal entity status and the capacity to independently bear civil liabilities, operate legally and financially in accordance with commercial regulations;
2) Possess a good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting system;
3) Possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract;
4) Possess reliable after-sales service capabilities, with professional technical support personnel and hardware maintenance engineers dedicated to after-sales service;
5) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the bid goods, a sole authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project must be provided;
6) The bidder shall have at least 100 sales records of similar products within the past three years (from March 2023 to present) (performance list and contract copies or written user certification must be provided);
7) Within the three years prior to participating in this bidding activity, the bidder has no record of illegal activities in business operations, no history of obtaining bids through unfair competitive practices, and no record of bribery crimes;
8) Bidders must complete registration and supplier registration on the Machinery and Equipment Product Bidding and Tendering Electronic Trading Platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of China (hereinafter referred to as the Machinery and Equipment Product Trading Platform, website: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline.
