3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 If the goods provided by the bidder under the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain the consent of the goods manufacturer who has independent legal personality as a manufacturer of goods or the only authorized agent for this project. The bidder shall provide the original formal authorization letter and the original after-sales service commitment letter for the goods for this project in this bidding (manufacturers of the same brand can only authorize one agent to participate in the bidding, and if the manufacturer participates in the bidding, the agent is no longer allowed to participate in the bidding).
3.2 From January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bid submission, it has the production and sales performance of a single horizontal diaphragm filter press with a handling capacity of ≥ 100t/h in Chinese Mainland or abroad (provide a copy of the contract, at least including the first page of the contract, the target page, and the copy of the seal page. If the contract content cannot effectively reflect the technical parameters, it is also necessary to provide the corresponding technical agreement and other supporting materials). The performance provided by the agent must be the product of the only authorized manufacturer, and the time of signing the contract shall prevail.
3.3 The bidder shall provide the 2024 financial audit report (if the bidder"s establishment time is less than the specified year, it shall provide a financial statement or a credit certificate issued by the basic account bank since its establishment).
