3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The qualification documents submitted by the bidders to prove their ability to fulfill the contract after winning the bid should include the following:
1) If the goods provided by the bidder under the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder should obtain a valid authorization letter from the manufacturer authorizing it to provide such goods in this bid (refer to Chapter 4, Section 4 of the First Volume of the "Bidding Document" or the authorization of an authorized agent with the authority to approve the bidding products (and the bidder should provide relevant proof documents showing the effective authorization authority of the agent, which should be able to demonstrate the integrity of the authorization chain of the goods manufacturer for the bidding products); when determining the number of bidders, if the bidding products of more than two bidders are produced by the same manufacturer or integrator, they will be regarded as one bidder. For more than two integrators or agents using the same manufacturer"s products as part of their project packages, and the total price of the same products exceeds 60% of the respective bid total prices of the project packages, they will be regarded as one bidder.

3) Original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date; .
