3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 A legal person with independent status as a manufacturer or agent of the goods, if the goods to supplied by the Bidder under the Contract are not manufactured by the Bidder itself, the Bidder shall obtain the formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the goods and original copy of the letter of commitment for after-sales service for this project (only one agent is allowed to participate in the bidding by the same brand manufacturer, and the agent is longer allowed to participate in the bidding if the manufacturer participates in the bidding).
3.2 Documents proving that the Bidder has the financial, technical and production required to perform the Contract.
3.3 Performance: From January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding, the bidding unit shall have at least one application performance of the same or higher specification mining car (the number of the same project performance shall not be less than 30 vehicles) and the top-loading loading station (requ compatibility with mining cars of 20m3 or more specifications, the number of the same project performance shall not be less than 10 stations) in the underground mine railway system (the mining car and the top-loading loading can be composed of different project performances). Provide proof of use by the user unit and the purchase contract (the equipment commission time in the proof of use is the standard, and the contract signing date is not limited), and the sales company or agent must provide the performance of the agent manufacturing business for bidding. If the bidder is a consortium, its performance can be the performance of any member of the consortium.
3.4 The Bidder (including all of the consortium) shall provide the annual financial audit report for 2024 (including the balance sheet, cash flow statement, profit statement. If the bidder has established for less than the specified number of years, the financial status statement since its establishment or the credit certificate issued by the basic account bank may be provided).
3.5 to accept the bid of a consortium: Accept.
