Overview:When the filtration system is operating, the dirty oil after grinding is transported through the return oil pipe into the dirty box of the reverse-acting filter. A filtration pump then pumps the dirty oil into the filter element filter. After passing through the filter element with a maximum filtration accuracy of 1 μm, the oil becomes clear and transparent and enters the clean oil tank. The clean oil is pumped to the usage point of the machine tool by the liquid supply pump controlled by the machine tool. This system can completely remove the impurities filtered out. The entire process runs automatically in a loop under the control of PLC and does not require stopping.
