3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

4) The bidder has no significant record of illegal activities in the past three years, no use of unfair competition to obtain the bid, no major economic or criminal cases, and no termination of the contract or failure as a defendant due to any breach of contract, illegal or unethical behavior of the bidder (a commitment letter must be provided);
5) The bidder must have sold at least 12 complete machines of the same brand and model within China from January 1, 2023 to present (and must provide machine acceptance certificates, user purchase certificates, key pages of contracts, or copies of orders).
6) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
