Overview:The equipment purchased for this project is mainly used for product development, research, quality monitoring and quality improvement of components such as brake assemblies for passenger vehicles (including disc brake assemblies and drum brake assemblies), as well as for inertial bench tests.
Source of Funds:The funds have been made available and the source of the funds is the self-raised funds of the enterprise.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder must be an independent legal entity established and legally existing in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with China, and must be a manufacturer of the brake inertia test bench (for domestic bidders, a copy of the business license must be provided; for foreign bidders, a copy of the registration certificate must be provided).
3.2 The bidder must provide a copy of the valid ISO9001 series or other internationally recognized quality management system certification certificate.
3.3 From January 1, 2023 to the bid submission deadline of this project (based on the contract signing time), the sales performance of the passenger vehicle brake inertia test bench in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions) must be no less than 6 units; copies of key pages of the contract must be provided, with the commercial confidential parts concealed, but the contents that can fully reflect the contract signing time, product name and quantity, names of the contract signatories, names of the contract buyer"s contact person"s name and phone number, etc. must be provided. If the above contents cannot be reflected in the contract or the product name in the contract does not conform to the requirements of this clause, other supplementary proof materials such as technical agreements can be provided. The evaluation committee reserves the right to review the original copies of the proof materials.
3.4 The bidder must have a service center in China and it must be the direct office or subsidiary of the bidder; the address and contact information of the service outlets must be provided.
3.5 The bidder must provide a stamped "Confidentiality Statement" (format as specified in Chapter 6), promising to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People"s Republic of China and not having the following circumstances:
(1) There are unresolved lawsuits and bad performance records related to the bid goods or business;
(2) Has been punished by relevant administrative departments of the state or Chongqing (including the city or any district) with a suspension of bidding qualification penalty, and is within the penalty period.
(3) Has committed serious breach of contract behavior or been included in the supplier management blacklist of Changan Automobile Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. during the execution of the procurement projects within the Changan Automobile Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. system.
3.6 The bidder must complete registration and information verification on the "E-Business Network" (https://www.ebnew.com) or the "Electromechanical Products Bidding and Tendering Electronic Trading Platform" (https://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission.
3.7 The number of invalid complaints within the 6 months before the bid submission deadline shall not exceed two times, and the number of invalid complaints within one year shall not exceed three times (already on the China International Bidding Network).
