3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1Valid business license(Domestic enterprises need to provide);
3.2 Suppliers must pass quality system certifications such as ISO9001 or ISO14001;
3.3 *The equipment supplier must have over a decade of manufacturing experience in the provided systems, and the bid equipment should demonstrate strong international sales performance and a proven track record of usage;
3.4 The supplier must have provided systems of similar grade to at least three domestic users in China within the past three years, with supporting documentation, and submit relevant proof such as sales records of the systems and equipment;
3.5 * Provide legal representative"s authorization, copy of legal representative"s ID card and ID card of authorized person;
3.6For bidding equipment from the same manufacturer or integrator, only one bidder is allowed to bid;
3.7The project does not accept consortium bidding;
3.8Bidders without purchasing the bidding documents as required by the bidding documents are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
