3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:①　Complies with the requirements of Item 2 "Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1 "Bidder"s Instructions "of the" International Tendering Standards for Mechanical and Electrical Products" (Volume 1).
②　The bidder must submit a hydraulic servo-accelerated trolley system and provide either a publicly available technical white paper or promotional brochure from the manufacturer.
③　Effective from January 1, 2021, bidders must demonstrate a minimum of one globally validated sales record for the Accelerated Slide Table Collision System Equipment (with thrust ≥2500kN) and provide supporting documentation, including: (1) a mandatory contract copy, (2) acceptance materials, and other relevant evidence. The performance list shall be submitted in the format specified in Section 6.4, "Bidder"s Performance Table".
④　Bidders must have after-sales service institutions in China and possess complete and rapid technical support capabilities in the Chinese mainland region, capable of providing 8-hour service response. They must submit proposals and supporting documents for after-sales services with official seals, and provide commitments in accordance with the format of Section 6.3 "After-Sales Service Commitment Letter".
⑤　The bidder must be either the manufacturer, authorized agent, or a branch of the Accelerated Slide Table Collision System equipment. If acting as an agent, a valid power of attorney issued by the manufacturer for this bid must be provided (with the manufacturer"s official seal). If the bidder is a branch of the manufacturer or agent, a valid authorization letter from the parent company must be submitted (with the parent company"s official seal).
⑥　If the bidder is a China-related overseas manufacturer/agent, it must be registered in its location; if the bidder is a China-related domestic manufacturer/agent, it must have a valid business license. If the equipment submitted by the bidder is imported or domestic, a valid authorization letter (letter) issued by the manufacturer of the bidding product for this project must be provided during the bidding process.
⑦　Accelerated slide impact system equipment manufacturers must obtain ISO9001 quality management system certification and provide valid supporting documentation.
⑧　If any legal proceedings arise concerning the bidder or the equipment provided by the bidder, such actions shall not cause any impact or loss to the tenderer"s use of the equipment. The bidder shall make a commitment in accordance with the format specified in Section 6.3 of the" After-Sales Service Commitment Letter".
