3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder (manufacturer) must provide successful cases of production capacity ≥ 5400t/h and single machine length ≥ 900m transfer and transportation belt conveyors in the past ten years (from January 2016 to the bid deadline), with at least one set and it has been put into operation. (The bidder must provide a copy of the contract, which should at least include the cover page, equipment parameter page, and signature and seal page, and provide the operation certificate.)
2. The bidder (manufacturer) must have sales performance and list of successful cases of production capacity ≥ 5400t/h and single machine length ≥ 900m transfer and transportation belt conveyors in the past ten years (from January 2016 to the bid deadline), and attach relevant supporting documents (the documents should at least include the contract time, factory date, commissioning date, user name, address, contact person, contact information, etc.).
3. The bidder must provide at least one piece of user feedback that is favorable for the production capacity ≥ 5400t/h and single machine length ≥ 900m transfer and transportation belt conveyors in the past ten years (with the seal of the domestic user or the signature of the foreign user) in the bid document.
4. Domestic bidders: 1) Provide a valid business license 2) Provide a valid industry operation license certificate (if there are any mandatory national requirements); Foreign bidders: 1) Provide a valid enterprise registration certificate 2) Provide a valid industry operation license certificate (if there are any mandatory national requirements).
5. The main component manufacturers of the equipment that the bidder is bidding for must provide relevant valid certificates registered in the country (region) where they are located.
6. The bidder has no history of failing to dispatch the technical personnel stipulated in the contract as per the user"s requirements (provide a commitment letter).
