Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Comply with the "2. Qualified Bidders" section of the first volume, Chapter 1 of the bidding documents;
3.2 The bidder should have an independent legal entity status (for domestic bidders) or have completed business registration (for foreign bidders);
3.3 Agents participating in the bidding should obtain the sole authorization from the equipment manufacturer for this project;
3.4 Performance requirements: The bidder should provide (within 60 months before the bid submission deadline) the steel sample testing supply performance of the equipment being bid for (must provide the key information page of the contract and the report of the installation and acceptance of the contract goods). If some commercial secrets cannot be disclosed, the key information can be coded;
3.5 The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, not be under the circumstances of being ordered to suspend business or going bankrupt, and the assets have not been restructured, taken over, or frozen. The bidder should provide the original or copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank with the basic account opened by it within 3 months before the bid opening;
3.6 Whether to accept joint bid: No;
