Qualifications or Performance:(1)The manufacturer should have the experience and production capacity of manufacturing the same type of equipment(the crane as a whole), and have a maintenance organization in China that can provide long-term maintenance services for the products. The equipment recommended by the bidder shall be mature and reliable, and must have sales records of 50 or more sets of the same type of equipment from January 2021 to now, with good feedback from users (The bidder needs to provide performance records).(2) Once winning the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of the project contract with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: Who must bid, who will win the bid and who will sign the contract in the bidding, but Party A cannot bid and Party B will sign the contract. )
