Qualifications or Performance:1. Bidders must provide business licenses or registration documents from their place of registration or valid proof of existence. In addition, they should have a Chinese Special Equipment (Passenger Ropeway) Manufacturing License or a record of type approval for imported passenger ropeways.
2. Bidders must have been engaged in the operation or manufacturing of the same or similar products for at least three years and have at least one sales record of reciprocating ropeways or ground cable cars in the Chinese mainland (provide a copy of the contract).
3. They must be able to provide good after-sales service (list of customers within China and after-sales service institutions, and provide relevant proof materials).
4. There must be no special equipment safety accidents caused by equipment reasons in the Chinese mainland from January 1, 2020 to the present (a commitment letter must be provided as proof).
5. Bidders must provide the most advanced technology and brand-new equipment in the world, and the related software provided must be the latest versions in both Chinese and English (a commitment letter must be provided as proof).
