Qualifications or Performance:1. For bidders who are manufacturers, the following proof materials must be provided:

2) For manufacturers within China, a valid business license of the enterprise must be provided.
2. For bidders who are traders or agents, the following proof materials must be provided:
1) For traders outside China, registration materials of the location must be provided, along with the original copy of the manufacturer"s qualified authorization letter (letter) for this bid. Manufacturer"s materials must also be provided.
