Overview:Automated Large-Scale Curved Surface Inspection System 2 sets. This project is divided into two sub-projects, each with the following primary purposes:Project 1: Primarily designed to perform rapid automated measurement of critical product features after wall panel assembly completion.Project 2: Primarily designed to measure critical product features during and after mid-aircraft fuselage assembly, including the profile of butt plate strips, alignment of frame axes with long truss axes, fuselage end faces, skin profiles in butt zones, upper surfaces of sliding rails, fairing contours and edges, as well as window and door frame perimeters.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、Bidders must be manufacturers (integrators) or authorized agents of the Automated Large-Scale Curved Surface Inspection System for the equipment they are bidding for. If the bidder is an agent, they must submit one of the following documents:
1)The manufacturer (integrator) directly issued authorization letter;
2)Authorization letter issued by the manufacturer"s (integrator"s) affiliated company (defined as the manufacturer"s controlling or controlled company, or any company within the same group as the manufacturer, with valid proof of affiliation required);
3)An authorization letter issued by the manufacturer"s authorized regional distributor (with valid supporting documentation);
Otherwise, their bid will be rejected.
2、Performance Requirements: The manufacturer of the Automated Large-Scale Curved Surface Inspection System for this project must have at least one project with similar scope (specifically non-contact spatial measurement equipment) within the past three years. Bidders must submit at least one contract agreement signed between January 1, 2023, and the bidding deadline, which includes the manufacturer of the system (the contract seller is not restricted) and is similar to the scope of this tender. The contract must specify the signing date, content (with technical agreements or supporting documents), and both parties" signatures. Otherwise, the submission will be deemed invalid.
3、1)Bidders within the territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic account was opened within three months prior to the bid opening date; (If the bidder"s basic account is held at a branch level, the issuing institution of this bank credit certificate may be the branch itself, its superior head office branch (business department), or the head office (business department). If the bidder"s basic account is held at a sub-branch (business department) level, the issuing institution may be the sub-branch (business department) itself and its superior head office branch (business department). Bidders must provide in their tender documents either: 1) a bank basic account opening license issued by the People"s Bank of China or its branches; 2) an explanatory document containing the name, account number, and serial number of the enterprise"s basic deposit account opening bank; or 3) valid supporting documents issued by relevant banks proving the validity of their bank basic account);
2)Bidders outside China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they have opened an account within three months prior to the bid opening date.
