3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country (or region) that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China can participate in the bidding; domestic bidders shall provide a copy of a valid business license, and overseas bidders shall provide a copy of the business registration certificate or other valid certification documents.
2. If the bidder bids for an overseas manufacturer or authorized agent of an overseas manufacturer, the manufacturer should have a resident service agency or entrusted agency in China that can provide timely and effective after-sales service (at the location of the project); provide a basic introduction to the after-sales service agency and a copy of the business license. If the after-sales service agency is an entrusted agency, it must also provide an after-sales service authorization letter issued by the manufacturer.
3. The bidder should be the manufacturer or its authorized agent of the goods (dust suppressor truck, sprinkler truck, bird repellent truck, SUV, commercial vehicle, pickup truck, road roller, road patrol truck, deicing fluid spreading truck, emergency flood drainage truck, light truck) (if the bidder does not have the production capacity of all or part of the above equipment, it will be deemed that the part of the equipment is bidding as an agent, and a special product authorization letter from the manufacturer of the part of the equipment for this project should be provided). For equipment of the same brand and model, the same manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding (if the equipment manufacturer participates in the bidding, it is not allowed to authorize an agent; if the bidder is an agent, the bidder must provide a special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for the equipment of this project and a letter of manufacturer"s after-sales service commitment).
4. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding or management relationships are not allowed to participate in bidding for this bidding project at the same time.
