3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Requirements for bidders who are manufacturers:
1) Manufacturers outside China must be registered in their place of domicile;
2) Manufacturers within China must have a valid business license;
3) Bidders must provide at least one performance contract (since January 1, 2021, based on the signing date) for precision coating production lines used to produce TAC functional films (surface treatment films) in mainland China.
Note: Supporting documents such as performance contracts must be provided; if they cannot demonstrate evaluation factors (such as signing date, service content, seal information, etc.), additional proof issued by the client with the client"s seal must be provided. If not provided or cannot be proven, it will not be recognized.

2. Requirements for bidders who are traders or agents:
1) Traders outside China must be registered in their place of domicile and obtain valid authorization from the manufacturer for this bid;
2) Domestic agents must have a valid business license and provide the certificate of origin for the products in this bid; they must also obtain valid authorization for this bid;
3) Bidders must provide at least one performance contract (since January 1, 2021, based on the signing date) for precision coating production lines used to produce TAC functional films (surface treatment films) in mainland China (traders or agents can provide the performance of the authorized manufacturer).
Note: Supporting documents such as performance contracts must be provided; if they cannot demonstrate evaluation factors (such as signing date, service content, seal information, etc.), additional proof issued by the client with the client"s seal must be provided. If not provided or cannot be proven, it will not be recognized.
