Qualifications or Performance:1. The manufacturer of the bidder must have the ability to produce the vacuum dry pump for this biddin
g, and the manufacturer of the bidder must be able to provide effective after-sales service for the vacuum dry pump for this bidding (provi
ding service units and contact information). 2. The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall provide a supply performance list for the past
3 years (from January 1, 2023 to present). If the domestic semiconductor 300mm fab shipment volume is greater than 200 units (same
or similar vacuum dry pumps), relevant supporting documents such as contracts, orders, supply lists, supply details, or performance lists
shall be provided (if only the performance list is provided, the bidder shall stamp or be authorized to sign). 3. The bidding product should
be the bidder"s or its manufacturer"s own technical product. The bidding product may involve relevant patent content, and the bidder shall e
nsure that the tenderer is not held responsible for identifying and infringing on these patents. 4. Bidders shall provide documents proving th
eir qualifications, including: 1) If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the
bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the goods manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid; 2) The bidder"s bank shall is
sue the original or photocopy of the credit certificate (with the bidder"s company seal affixed to the photocopy) or a photocopy of the co
mpany"s financial statements for the past three years (with the bidder"s company seal affixed to the photocopy) within three months befo
re the bid opening date; 3) Other qualification certification documents required in the bidding documents.
