The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. The bidder must have sold more than five sets of similar equipment from January 2021 to the present (with a single contract amount of over 10 million yuan), and the users should have reported good results. (Bidders need to provide performance proof materials such as contracts or orders.) (2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be the party signing the contract for this project with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding process, the bidder who bids must be the one who wins the bid and signs the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)
