3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bid product or an agent uniquely authorized by the manufacturer of the bid equipment for this project; if it is an agent, it must issue the unique authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer for this project (see Format IV-9-4 in Volume I of the Bidding Documents);(2) Bidders should provide a list of spare parts for at least three circulating gas compressors of similar or equal scale that have been successfully operated in similar plants in the chemical and petrochemical industries within the past five years. This list should include the product name, specifications, and quantity.(3) Original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.(4) The bidder shall comply with Chinese laws and regulations, have a good business reputation, and have no illegal or irregular records in business activities in the past three years.(5) The bidder shall successfully register on China International Bidding Network (http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline specified in the Bidding Documents. Otherwise, the bidder shall not be allowed to participate in the bidding process, and shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
