3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder registered in the People"s Republic of China shall provide a copy of the business license; Overseas bidders shall provide valid enterprise registration documents
2) The bidder or the equipment manufacturer must have no less than one supply record of a disc ring component eddy current detection system and provide a copy of the contract. The contract copy must include the contract signing date, contract content, and pages with the seals or signatures of both parties; otherwise, it will be treated as invalid documentation;
3) The bidder shall be the manufacturer or authorized agent of the proposed products. If the bidder is an agent for eddy current flaw detectors, mechanical scanning systems, control systems, or specialized inspection software, they must obtain the original sole formal authorization document from the respective equipment manufacturer for this project;
4) The domestic bidder shall provide a copy of the bank account opening license issued by the people"s bank of China. Or the copy of the explanatory document with the basic account number issued by the bank that opens the basic account;
5) Bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening. Domestic bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account. If the credit certificate clearly states that a copy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided;
6) Bidders must commit to using the tenderer"s procurement contract template;
