3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Legal entities or other organizations officially registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China and possessing valid independent legal person status;
(2) This project accepts bids from manufacturers or agents. If an agent participates, it must provide a unique special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the goods proposed for supply for this project (only one bidder can participate in the bidding for goods of the same brand and model). If both a manufacturer and an agent participate in the bidding for this project, only the manufacturer will be selected as the bidder;
Note: The authorization letter must specify the project name, the name and model of the agent product, and the words "unique authorization". The original shall be bound in the original of the bidding document. Each bidder must consult the equipment manufacturer for relevant information when applying for the unique authorization letter. The responsibility for unsuccessful registration due to this reason shall be borne by the bidder.
(3) The goods to be supplied (trace explosives security inspection equipment) must possess a valid "Civil Aviation Security Inspection Equipment Use Permit" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China;
(4) The bidder must not be included in the list of dishonesty and defaulted persons by the Supreme People"s Court. The query results from the China Execution Information Disclosure Website (website: http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/) or the Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall prevail (the bid document must be accompanied by a screenshot of the webpage on any day from the date of the bidding announcement to the deadline for submission of the bid document).
