The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. There must be sales records of five or more units of the same type of equipment from January 2021 to the present. Bidders are required to provide performance proof materials such as contracts or orders. (2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be a signatory to the contract for this project signed with the tenderer. If a bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In a tender, the bidder must be the winner and sign the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)"
