Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer should have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and a sales record. The manufacturer should have an agent or maintenance institution in China to provide long-term maintenance service guarantees for the products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. From January 2020 to the present, there must be more than three sales records of the same type of alignment printing plate cleaning machine, and the user feedback should be good (the bidder needs to provide a performance data sheet). (2) Once the bid is successful, the bidder must be the party signing the contract for this project with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding process, the bidder, the successful bidder, and the contract signatory must be the same party. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)
