1.更正公告为原采购公告、原采购文件不可分割的部分，原采购公告、原采购文件相应条款与本公告有不一致之处，以本公告为准。请供应商务必按照更正后的内容编制投标/响应文件，本公告发布，视同书面通知所有潜在供应商。

2.本项目开标（开启）方式为“远程电子开标”，供应商于开标（开启）当天，在云平台进行在线签到及在线解密，不需要委派代表前往现场，提醒如下：

（1）请供应商按“远程开标”有关要求，在投标（响应）文件提交截止时间前上传加密的电子投标（响应）文件，未按要求上传的将视为自动放弃投标（响应）。

（2）供应商在参加开标（开启）以前须自行对使用电脑的网络环境、驱动安装、客户端安装以及数字证书的有效性等进行检测，确保可以正常使用。

（3）供应商的法定代表人或其授权代表应当按照本采购公告载明的时间和模式等要求参加开标（开启）。在投标（响应）文件提交截止时间前30分钟，应当登录云平台开标大厅进行签到，并且填写授权代表的姓名与手机号码。若因签到时填写的授权代表信息有误而导致的不良后果，由供应商自行承担。

（4）开标（开启）时，供应商应当使用编制本项目（采购包）电子投标/响应文件时加密所用数字证书开始解密，解密时限以开标时现场代理机构人员设置为准，供应商不按要求进行解密，视为无效投标（响应）。

（5）云平台操作过程中如有相关问题可通过广东省政府采购网（https://gdgpo.czt.gd.gov.cn/）下载操作手册查询，或通过云平台公布的在线客服、微信/QQ群、专线电话等方式咨询。

3.供应商如对采购文件有疑问，请提前致电代理机构咨询。

4.本项目评审项涉及“项目述标”。投标人若响应该评审项，则需按该评审项的要求自行准备现场述标。
