Overview:KP11-4 oil field block 18-1 development project is located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin. The average water depth within the oilfield range is about 500m. The project is consist of one FPSO with 13 mooring legs and two subsea production system. CNOOC China Ltd._shenzhen intends to purchase FPSO mooring pulling and riser lifting system required under the project,including twelve(12) sets windlass and chain stopper、thirteen(13)Fairlead、 two(2) sets riser lifting system.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The manufacturer shall has delivered (the bidder？shall be the？manufacturer？of？reference project？delivered)at least one set permanent multi-point mooring leg pulling system from 1st of Jan 2005 to bidding data(based on contract date), technical requirement are:
1)The vertical continuous rotation hydraulic driven windlass shall be designed for the mooring leg chain that MBL is not less than 24281kN;
2)The above water chain stopper shall be designed for the mooring leg chain that MBL is not less than 24281kN;
3)Underwater fairlead (seven whelp pockets flag chain sheave) shall be designed for the mooring leg chain that MBL is not less than 24281kN.
If the bidder"s single project reference can not meet with above requirements 1),2) and 3), several different projects reference shall be provided to meet with above requirements 1), 2) and 3) individually.
The bidder shall submit reference document as reuired format, including 1) Copies of sales contract/PO, 2) General layout drawing and key technical parameter,3) Delivery acceptance materials signed/stamped by end user (delivery acceptance form or commissioning report or equipment acceptance certificate or completion certificates that mooring leg hook up& tensioning completed？or products classification certificate).The reference documentary submitted by the Bidder shall include the information at least as follows: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts shall have seals from both parties, and international trade contracts shall have signatures or seals from both parties), equipment name,supply scope, above technical requirement 1) and 2) and 3)？delivery acceptance materials signed/stamped by end user？or products classification certificate.
If the contract is an annual agreement, not only the annual agreement shall be provided, corresponding orders, which has been delivery successfully shall also be provided. And the order content or number shall be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding delivery acceptance materials under the same annual agreement is considered ONE valid trace record.
Absence of the reference evidence documents or failure to verify the foregoing information shall be deemed as an invalid track records.
