Qualifications or Performance:1) For core equipment products, the original manufacturer must provide a letter of authorization and an after-sales service commitment letter issued to the bidder for this project. The installation and post-sales training for core equipment and supporting test software must be completed by the manufacturer.
2) Domestic bidders must provide original copies of the business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate (or the three-in-one or five-in-one certificate) with official seals.
